I personally felt the sting of a hidden early-repayment charge—the direct result of being "sold" a product rather than being supported in a life-altering decision. That frustration became my fuel. I decided to master the industry’s complexities myself by qualifying with my CeMAP exams, so no one else in my community would have to navigate the mortgage maze alone.

I fell in love with the joy of helping people make what is fundamentally the most significant financial and emotional decision of their lives: buying a home.
